LCoM’s Undergraduate Studies Department is currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to deliver the following modules on the BA (Hons) in Music:

Specialist Study (1:1 oboe teaching – 1 hours per week)

Performance in Context (a weekly 1 hour supplementary oboe class – 1 hour per week)

Reed-making class (30 minutes per week)

We would strongly consider applicants who possess a degree in music (preferably at postgraduate level) and have suitable teaching experience. In addition, self-motivation, reliability, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.  Versatility and creativity as a practitioner would be welcomed, as well as knowledge of recent developments in repertoire.

An Academic Travel Scheme is available for visiting lecturers who live over 50 miles outside of the conservatoire.  This covers contribution towards mileage, public transportation and accommodation.
