Leeds College of Music is currently inviting applications for the position of HR Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave within the HR team. 

As a generalist HR practitioner you will be responsible for calculations and inputting HR data for payroll processing as well as responding to general enquiries put to the HR team. You will also have oversight of the conservatoires recruitment process with responsibility for advertising and general recruitment administration with the opportunity to sit on interview panels where possible, and onboarding new starters. You may also be required to assist the Senior HR Advisors with general project work and employment relations casework.

We are looking for someone with experience of recruitment and payroll from a HR perspective. Having completed a CIPD qualification would be an advantage.   You must be confident in your IT skills, with experience of using HR & recruitment databases (Itrent for preference) with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work on your own initiative, problem solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail in your work are essential for this role.

We anticipate this role will start from the beginning of September.
